Shipping Policy

• Your order is shipped by the next day if it is placed on a business day
• All packages are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise noted.
• It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is safe and to inform Edelweiss if a signature is required.
• Due to temperature variations across the country, we may choose NOT to ship over a weekend.  Shipping charges may vary for larger orders and hot weather destinations.
• It is best if someone accepts the package during the day.
• Business addresses are better than residential addresses.
• We do NOT ship outside USA.
• We package all orders in the safest way possible and we cannot be responsible for any kind of damage or melting during the shipment.  
• We do NOT accept returns.
• Orders can be picked up at our Beverly Hills location or sent via local messenger. Please call for details.
• Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
